00:14:12 SPEAKER_19|money through non-profits and nypd officers falsifying crimes to throw people in jail and members of
00:14:18 SPEAKER_19|the nypd acting as roving gangs and enforcers for the mob but then something happened to clay tiffany
00:14:25 SPEAKER_19|in march of 1997 he was pulled over by an nypd officer named nick tartagliani who said that he
